Each price listed is cost per month, plus an initial start up fee of $75
We offer custom nutrition programs based on each client's specific needs, goals, and experience with nutrition. Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain your physique, this program will be customizable for anyone. If you are struggling with nailing your nutrition and simply need some direction and accountability, this program is for you. If you are more advanced and have experience with tracking macronutrients, but simply want some accountability, this program is also for you!
Custom training program designed for all levels of fitness, beginners and advanced. It will be tailored to each client's individual goals. Limitations or injuries? No problem, we will design a program that works around your limitations!
This program is for you if you want to make a drastic lifestyle change and is highly recommended if you are unsure of where to start in your fitness journey. This custom program will also come with a complimentary cookbook to aid in meal ideas, as well as your custom nutrition and training plan.
Our workouts vary based on your goals, but the emphasis will be on strength training while also incorporating some form of cardio for heart health, at the very least. Workouts will be focused on weight training using dumbbells and various machines (if available).
You will get a workout plan specifically designed for you, which will also include video critiques (if needed) for certain exercises to assess form and execution. This will come in handy for those that are new to working out and need more guidance, or for those simply wanting to perfect their form and get more out of their training sessions.
Our nutrition coaching focuses on creating healthy habits and making sustainable lifestyle changes. We recommend that our clients learn how to track macronutrients (carbs, fats, proteins) and strive for a daily calorie goal. Whether our client is looking to lose weight or even gain weight, the best way to accomplish either goal is by knowing exactly what they are consuming every day. We encourage our clients to download MyFitnessPal, which is a platform used to track food. That will also allow us to keep an eye on their food log for the day, ensuring that they are making good food choices or offering advice when needed. I.e. Suggesting alternative food choices that may be more "filling" or "satisfying." We also understand that some individuals have certain dietary restrictions or aversions, and we are able to work around those limitations.
